- It's 1/2 pint of Veg stock.
- You need of 200g chickpea, carrot and potato casserole.

- Fry the onions in a tsp oil with the Garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the casserole to a pan add the onions and all the rest of the ingredients except stock. Stir bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes..
- Next add to the blender and blend until smooth then add the stock. Add back to the pan bring to the boil and serve..
