Ingredients of Gizzard stew

  1. Prepare of Halal gizzards about half killo.
  2. It's of Bell pepper.
  3. Prepare of Celery.

Stir in the gizzards, salt and oregano to the saucepan and let it brown lightly. Add carrots and onions to the saucepan. After an hour gizzards should be cooked. Mix double cream with a cup of water from boiling, stir well and pour back to the saucepan.

  1. Wash the buzzards well with warm water.pour out the waterl remove any yneeded bits.add some salt,,crushed pepper,ginger generously,some tumeric powder and mix well.leave marination overnight or more..
