Sizzling Chinese Manchurian Chicken instructions

  1. For the red chilli paste, add the garlic paste, red chilli powder, tomato sauce, white pepper, salt and water. Mix well until thickens.
  2. In a pan add the oil, garlic paste and mix. When golden brown add the red chilli mix. Cool until oil seperatest.
  3. In a bowl add the boneless, cornflour, egg, salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well..
  4. In a pan, fry the chicken until light golden then set aside.
  5. Again in the pan add oil, garlic and then add the chicken. Then add the tomato sauce, lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Then add the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mix.
  7. Add 2tbsp of the red chilli paste to the chicken. Add onion, carrot, tomato, green peppers, green onions and fresh coriander. Add water and mix.
  8. In 2 tbsp of water, add 1 tbsp of cornflour in it and mix. Gradually pour that in the pan until sauce thicken..
  9. On a sizzling gutter plate serve with white rice.
